"Boha Jalac" is a contemporary partnering work by Prints Dance Company, choreographed by Lihi Dor and performed by six dancers. Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, the piece focuses on unity as each dancer embodies a ceramic fragment coming together to form a new whole. Through intricate partnering and ensemble work, the dancers explore themes of renewal, connection, and collective identity. The choreography is set to an original score by Avinoam Ettun and Mateo Garcia, with a projected length of about 25 minutes. Costumes by Emily Heckman further support the work’s imagery of strength, cohesion, and transformation.
