“Duo Motus: An Evening of Emerging Works” - Closing Night

Join us for Duo Motus, a collaborative performance by Prints Dance Company and TYF Dance Company. The evening will feature two original works: "Ready or Not" by Kylie Solomon and "Boha Jalac" by Lihi Dor.

Boha Jalac is a contemporary partnering work by Prints Dance Company, choreographed by Lihi Dor and performed by six dancers. Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, the piece focuses on unity as each dancer embodies a ceramic fragment coming together to form a new whole. Through intricate partnering and ensemble work, the dancers explore themes of renewal, connection, and collective identity. The choreography is set to an original score by Avinoam Ettun and Mateo Garcia, and costumes by Emily Heckman with a projected length of about 30 minutes.
